Comments : Nice experience, but, interviewer was very detailed. Interview wasn't very organized and it took her till the end of the interview to find the medial exam results from the Manila Medical at Saint Lukes. The Sponsor politely educated the Interview that the original medical exam was all that was needed, and there was no need for a second medical exam in the USA.

The questions were how did we meet, when/where did we marry and what type of work does the Sponsor do. After that it an in-depth review of the I-485 form.

Interview was a very sweet lady, friendly and caring. Great experience!

Event Description
Review Date : November 12, 2019
Embassy Review : Very run process, limited questions asked about my fiance (his name, how we met and his occupation). 221g issued at time of interview because Malaysia Certificate of good standing was more them 6 mos old. Secured and provided updated paperwork on Oct 30th, visa issued on 11/12/2019.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
