I got NOA1 at 11/19/2018, processing time shows Texas now Dec 2018. Anyone else waiting for NOA2 for texas center ? Please reply if anyone waiting for 
I 130 applied before December 2018

Hello,

  I applied for my mom's i130 I'm a usc I sent the application in got a pd for may 28 2019, got approved on november 6 2019. Filed for my husband on may 31 2019 still waiting for noa1.

So you got your mom NOA 2 already and don’t get your husband NOA 1 ?

Yes they submit inquiry what they said let us know by Dec 4th
