Hi Everyone,

I am US Citizen and I am going to apply for my wife who is in Pakistan. We got married on May 12th 2017. I have questions for a bonafide marriage proofs and some other questions. I am including a joint bank statement, joint life insurance and 3 letters from my brother, brother in law and a friend.

Questions:

Is it OK/enough to provide above mentioned 3 proofs?

Do I need to notarize these letters if not then what?

I am residing in Florida, USA. Where do I need to send the I-130 petition? Please provide address as I just want to confirm it.

Any help/suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Ali

Concentrate on evidence of time spent together in person.  Unless this is an arranged marriage, I would skip any letters from friends and relatives.  If you do include them, yes, their signatures need to be notarized.  Otherwise, there is no way for anybody know who wrote or signed the letters?

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

How much time have you spent with your wife? That, along with regular communication, may be your best evidence.
