police certificate for adjustment of status

I have to attach my police certificate to my status adjustment form if I have never committed a crime or offense or this is only when someone committed a crime or offense?

I believe you will attach police records to the AOS packet ONLY if the applicant (k1 holder) has commited a crime since entering the USA.

 

for examople, my fisnce didnt, and so we didnt submit one.

 

the october filers forum has good info on what you will send in.

No, la declaracion jurada de soporte no tiene un costo pero envias con el I485 cambiar de estado y la tiene un costo .

I did not send my w2, only IRS tax transcripts.

and the tax transcript form 4506-T is the same? 

 you can obtain the official tax transcripts from the IRS for free here:https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript  I do not know what they call the form, tax returns should be on a 1040, but sending in the return you also need to send in the W2s or 1099s

 

from my understanding. with the transcripts tou do not need to send the W2s but sending in the returns you also have to send the W2s  but both you  still need to show proof of CURRENT income such as pay stubs.
