Is this a F3 or F4 case? You need to know the category and country to know when your priority date became current, which you will do by checking the visa bulletin.

It’s f4 from Bangladesh 

ive found the bulletin page but don’t understand how to calculate and which month to open

What is the exact priority date? Bangladesh will fall under “all....”. The priority date that will be current in November is 1 Jan 2007, so March 2007 is not current yet and you will have to watch the next few bulletins to see when it comes up, but presumably sometime in the next few months. On my calculations you should be fine on CSPA for a good while yet, you don’t give exact dates but you should be ok for your priority date becoming current right through to around Feb 2021.

What’s on the original receipt notice, that should have the PD? Anyway... unlikely to be a major issue in uour case, if things continue as they have you should be current well before you age out.
