My case was sent over to the NVC on 10/9/19 and the NVC confirmed that they received my petition on 10/17/19. I am preparing documents and I read on another thread that someone's I-864EZ form as denied and was asked to complete the regular I-864 from. She said that she met all of the requirements listed below.

I qualify for the I864EZ form based on the following requirements:
1. You are the person who filed or is filing Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, for a relative being sponsored;
2. The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed on Form I-130; and
3. The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on your salary or pension and is shown on one or more Internal
Revenue Service (IRS) Form W-2s provided by your employers or former employers.

Is there any other reason why this form would be denied?

Even though your using only your income if it is not over the 125% poverty guideline it will get denied.
