We got our NVC letter 17Sep19. Our Interview will be in Tokyo, Is there a packet or some further instructions we should be waiting for? We submitted the DS160 already. I am ready to pay the fee and set the appt. Is there something that the embassy will send out the the beneficiary? I called and emailed the Embassy, and I could not get a straight answer. Our petition expires in Dec. Any thoughts?

By this time, I believe your fiancee already received an instruction from Tokyo Embassy. She just needs to submit the initial requirements. Then after submitting she can call the embassy if it has been received and if its okay to schedule an interview.

She got it and is going to her medical appt. soon. We are still within the petition time schedule. Everything from here should be smooth. I would be happy to help anyone else going through the same process. I have the most updated info and tricks.
