my visa still show in REDy status

It’s the standard response when you are in AP. 

Dont worry about the ready status, the communication with the embassy is more important.

but embassy has not communicated with me other than above email, should i contact to embassy frequently or wait? because my passport are still in us embassy .

 

 but why they informed me your visa approved and return you in two weeks?

Sometimes they think it looks fine and then an issue comes up in background check.

no point contacting the embassy frequently but you can do it if it makes you feel better. It won’t speed up the process, it is usually not the embassy itself that is doing the AP but the department of state.

if you need your passport back you can ask for it then they will request it again when the visa is ready to be issued.

i know it’s frustrating but this is just the way it is.

Thank you , but whats does mean the background check? either my travel to other country or my similar name mach from their database.?

 

my police certificate report was also cleared

Thank you for your advice, 

 one thing i want to know my case in Ready state must change into administrative processing then issued or directly issued 

 other things CO kept my old passport as well.
