The city/State where you mailed your AOS application to.

Okay thank you! I went and did all the paper work last night so I can mail my green card back today.  Looking at the processing time for I-90 made me sad, I’m hoping that since it was their mistake that it won’t take months and months for them to replace it.  I have plans to go back to my country for a visit end of this month.  I guess I’ll have to make an appointment for an info pass to see if I can get a 1551 stamp so I can travel.

They will likely want to see proof that the i-90 was filed for, in your case...so bring the i-90 receipt to  your infopass appointment.

That’s the tricky part since I just mailed the I-90 back today and it won’t be delivered until Tuesday since it’s a holiday in Monday. I don’t know how long before I get a receipt, I have an international flight that leaves on the 29th of this month.

If you also sent the G-1445 form with your i-90 (notice via email/text when USCIS accepts your form) you should be able to use that as proof of filing if you don't get the hardcopy in time.
