Chickenpox shot missing

Hello,

 

I am now in the US with my fiance after entering with  K1 visa.

 

I did my medical in London but I am missing a chickenpox shot.

 

When would you recommend to have it done? Before or after the wedding?

 

I read that two shots are needing for the chicken pox. Could I still apply for the adjustment of status with one shot?

Hello, yes it is completed. I just missed the varicella which is ok for a K1

Varicella can be waived if you had the condition in your childhood.

I did check in my childhood record and I can't find any history about it..which is why the box was not ticked during the medical.

I guess I am gonna need to get the vaccine...
