Hi. I received my 1 years green card after marriage in july..and applied for n400 in late August 2019(marriage based).

I am loving in a toxic relationship. I just found out I have been spied on and my wife had installed secret cameras in my car and room and she played the recording of my conversation with my friends and family...i want to leave her and planning to separate permanently as now things are effecting me psychologically and I am getting drown in stress and anxiety....

What should I do with n400 pending application...how it is gonna effect my status if in future I want to apply for n400....or is there any waiver because I am separated with my spouse due to dv situation can i continue this petition ?

Thanks

You received your greencard in July and applied for naturalization a month later? On what grounds would you be eligible to do so?

I have married for 4 years and green card I received is 10 years after approval of joint removal of conditions....thanks for replying

There is no waiver for N400. You need to work with your U.S spouse to see what is the problem. If your married is not work out and divorce is possible, then  you have to withdraw your N400( 3 year rule) and wait until you eligible for 5 year rule.
