Hi all.

Husband and I have been waiting and waiting and our case has been at ready for interview since October 2018, we submitted late August 2018. It is 4 months before his work authorization and advance parole expires and I have some questions.

What are the fees. I am a bit confused do we have to pay for fingerprints twice since it is two separate applications or will it be ok if we just pay one.

work authorization looks like it will be $535?

and advance parole $615?

Also we are in New York. Please confirm the mailing address where we would submit.

Sincerely,

M&H

The current recommendation is to send in EAD/AP renewals 180 days prior to expiration.  This is due to current prolonged USCIS processing times. As geowrian  stated, be sure to include a copy of your I-485 NOA1 notice with your renewal applications. You should send everything to the address that was printed on the page that your card was attached to when you received it. At the top of the page is says, "IMPORTANT INFORMATION - SAVE THIS MAILER."  Further along down the page it says that there is a tear-off portion that should be included with your application(s) to help speed up the process. The address noted on the form is the NBC in Lee's Summit, MO.

YMMV,

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
