CASE APPROVED-22DAYS PASSED

Hello,

 

I am CR1 beneficiary. My NOA2 (Texas SC) was on 12/9/2019. 22days passed still my case is showing case approved. Others who got noa2 after mine already Case Sent to Dept State.

 

Should I be worried? or still it is in time frame?

I would call the NVC  (603-334-0700) to see if your petition was received. They do not send any notification when it was received, I had to call. They said that they will send me an email and letter once my case is assigned a case number. 

 

My approval Sept. 27, 2019

USCIS mailed to NVC Oct. 9, 2019

Received by NVC Oct. 17, 2019
