How could it be no true? He barely met the income requirement as it is, being on disability will reduce it further. Although, I've got his Affidavit of Support marked as approved already by the CO during my initial interview. My husband is so paranoid with this visa application that he did not want to do anything that may possibly affect it even more. He could had gone for disability back in April but because of a pending i601 he did not and now this a pending AP. His condition was the exact reason my i601 was expedited but now the AP at embassy is delaying everything. It is very worrisome

guys, finally an update.. I am requested to go for another interview at window 70.. I cannot remember if that was the window I was in during my fist interview hence the CO initially assigned to me is there. what is in Window 70? Any idea? This is making me even more anxious..

email is from Fraud Prevention Manager.. my approved for I-601 waiver is for fraud and misrepresentation.. not sure if there is a connection.. my CEAC in the mean time remains in admin processing

6/19/19 sent Cenomar and Passport to USEM per instructions

6/25/19 USEM received Cenomar and Passport 

8/9/19 USEM received approved I-601 waiver

8/14/19 CEAC change from Refused to Administrative Processing

8/19. 8/31, 9/3, 9/4, 9/6, 9/11, 9/12, 9/13 CEAC dates changing on Case Last Update Date but still the same Administrative Processing status

9/14/19 received 2GO letter from USEM, 221G refusal for Administrative Processing, checked CEAC and status is still same Administrative Processing status

Shall I be worried? I have at this process for 1 year 8 months, will I ever be issued a visa? USEM did not send back my passport.

Hi you got approved I601 in just 2 month? Mine was over 3 month now and still waiting. May I know how long you waited to get interview. after you got your waiver approved? Thank you so much hope your back in america now.

DAWme was at it over a year before approval

Over a year for the whole process from petition to the interview i guess. Does he/she filed I601a first? Went home to his/her country of origin for interview then got denied so he/she filed I601 waiver because DAWme said his I601 waiver was expedited.

The embassy visa process was over a year.   Very frustrating and long ordeal for DAWme
