Mailing address in Argentina

Hi,I’m going to file i130 for my children ,not sure if to put my address in Argentina to receive there papers for  visa or my sisters USA address and  then she will send me then with certified mail to Argentina .im afraid regular mail will get lost.opinion ?did any one from Argentina have any problems ,I live in capital federal.

Where do you live?  Are you a USC?

Well I want to send the i130 papers in oct so I guess that if every thing goes normally it will be a year,I started filing taxes 2 years ago and I bought a home so I hope that helps
