Hi guys

I need your help!!! I’m about to apply for green card but I found out that I’ve lost I-797(noa2).

Will they still accept the petition without it ?

If not,what should I do ?

thank you in advance

Do you have NOA1?

Do you have a scan or picture or photocopy of your NOA2? You don't need the original for anything.

Do you have a anything with your alien # on it? (easiest place to get it is your NOA2, but sometimes it's on the K-1 visa itself, but not always; also may have been stamped in your passport at POE)

Hi,Dave and Anastasia

Thank you for your message.                          I have a picture of NOA2(not a scan).

I wonder if it will work even though it’s not a photocopy, but I will try with it.

I have no no idea what Alien # is, but I see an A and numbers just above my name on NOA2

That's the right number. It's asked for on the AOS form, and that line on NOA2 is the easiest place to get it from.
