Hello guys,

 

Does anyone have any experience with LPRs petitioning unmarried son over the age of 21?

 

The son is planning to adjust status in the U.S. then apply for Employment Authorization Document.

 

Is this possible at all?

He doesn’t need an EAD if he gets a green card.

on what basis is he currently in the US/does he plan to be in the US legally in the 6 or so years between petition filing and ability to adjust?
