Hi everyone,

My fiancé had his interview in Sydney on Sept 24, and we were told we were approved on the spot. I’ve been checking our case status ever since on ceac.gov and it keeps saying “No Status”. This is making me nervous. Does anyone have any insight? Thank you.

wow never heard of No Status before. You sure you are on the right status it should at least say READY and the case status date.
So when you put case# on the Visa status it takes yo  to the status screen and it says no status.

ceac.state.gov (you should be on the Immigration Visa status non Non-immigration

Thank you! I was under non-immigrant as I thought that’s what a K1 visa is. Thank you! It now says “administrative processing” last updated Sept 27. What does this mean?? I just want it to say approved 😩 Thanks for your help.

Everyone's visa spends a little time in AP.  Look for a change next week.
