Hi!

Just checked the online case checker and it says ‘ready to be scheduled for interview’ as of September 5th 2019, but I still haven’t had any letter in the mail, should I call up and ask or is this still well within delivery times? Or do I have to wait for another status change? Just wanted to make sure nothing got lost in the post.

Ready to be scheduled only means your AOS packaged has finished its review at the NBC

Youre waiting for "interview has been scheduled". That could take days, weeks, months or years depending on the processing times of your specific local field office.

What's your local field office?

Input your zipcode and tell us:

Maryland, Baltimore! And ooh okay thank you, was just wondering since a friend who filed a week after me got their notice in the mail today, I guess since our local field offices are different then!

Baltimore is 13 to 33 months for Family based AOS.

So anticipate that wait time from your Noa1 received date.
