hi all,

just a quick question... i'm wondering if anyone else has or has had similar concerns.

my fiance is filling out the G325a for us to begin the K1 process, but the problem is that his current residential address is not very reliable. he doesn't always receive all his mail. would the consulate oblige to sending all correspondence to his present work address, which is much more dependable in terms of postal delivery?

i'm stressing. :(

thanks!

No problem at all. Simply clearly inform USCIS of the appropriate mailing address on the I-129F and in the cover letter but correctly indicate the current residence address where called for.

AlHayatZween,

The information on the G325-A should be factual living address'. I don't believe the address there is used for mailing purposes. The address on the I-129f is likely used when sending out Packet3 (when the time comes).

Someone may correct me on this, but I would think you could attach a 'Continuation' to question 15 on the I129-f (foreign fiancé's address) that states:

  1. Where he/she lives, and
  2. Where he/she receives mail.

Hope this helps

On the G-325 write his residential address, where he sleeps every night. Write the mailing address on the I-129F. Thats what we did and we had no problems at all. I confirmed with NVC and the Embassy that his packet 3 was being mailed to his P.O. Box. There were no problems.

Thank you for the advice... I'm just so nervous I will mess something up in the preliminaries... I'm hearing so many horror stories.

Thanks again!

AlHayatZween,

G325A has nothing to do with this issue.
