Green Card/EAD status look up

me and my wife filed our I-485/I-765 packet together on July 17th. we have received our NOA1 on June. i was just wondering if they was a way to look up the status or progress  on the Green Card and EAD? which website do i use? which number do i look up with? thank you.

I-131 is also free: "If you properly file Form I-485 and pay the required fees, you may file Form I-765 and Form I-131 without paying additional fees.
