Hi my names is Stephany

I’m petitioning my husband currently living in Mexico. Iive with my parents  and sister in California. Husband Cc date is June 2019 . Waiting for interview in Juarez. Seem that’s going to take months . We have 4 kids , my old is 3 years old who’s just stared therapy speech . May 14 i had twins ( who he hasn’t met yet ) my boy twin has plagiocephaly. I can’t depend on my family no more to help me take care of my kids  they have their own responsibility they work 12 - 14 hours a day. . My sister is a freshman in college.  I have to miss some of my kids appointments because I have no one to take care of my others kids . My struggle I wouldn’t even be able to take all 4 just me by myself. Etc

can someone help me out with some advice how do I expedite his visa or what do I need to prove my reason for an expedite ?

If you have a reason for an expedite, you can contact CDJ to request an expedited interview. They will review the evidence and determine whether to grant an expedite or not. Good luck.

If your reason has to do with a financial loss to the children, then I presume the evidence would be bills and documents showing appointments that will be missed.

Child care alone is not a great cause, but there is no harm in requesting it.

You may request an expedite at the USCIS and NVC steps of the process.  You contact them in writing, pleading your case showing the financial damages to you and your children. It is also something your congressional representative can help with.
