Sorry that this has happened to you.  After all the work and stress that lead up the interview part, I wish the father would've granted your fiance to at least attend the interview to fulfill that part.  And after approval, maybe have a heavy talk with him.  Again, sorry, but do try contacting the embassy and seeing if they can reschedule.

No problems. You as a petitioner can email her country's consulate and say there were some setbacks and you want to reschedule the interview for your fiancée. Good Luck🍀

Thank you for the help everyone. After emailing the embassy they said that they delayed the case up to a year and I would need to contact them again to delay further if needed apparently (so no need to contact every 4 months). 

 

To reschedule the interview it can be done online within 1 year that the way payment was made to initially schedule the interview otherwise it will have to be paid for again.
