Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Philippines
Timeline

It had been nearly 2 years since my wife and son arrived from the Philippines.  In that time my wife lost both her mother and father.  We helped financially after the lisses and had put AOS off so we could help.

We filed AOS on 7/1/19, a couple of weeks later my wifes older sister had a stroke, so we decided to tske a chance on expediting AP so we could go see my wifes sister.

We filed the expedite request on 8/5/19 and received a request for documentation to support our request a few days later and waited.

Tonight we received an email saying:

New Card Is Being Produced

On August 19, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us.

This is for i-765.

Does this mean they expedited EAD and AP, and it was approved?

Presumably the expedite was approved as ~1.5 months is much quicker than the norm. Typically they issue a combo card. The I-131 status may or may not separately update (my wife's did not and that was well over a year ago...she's had the actual green card for almost a year now).
