How long its to be processe that have PDMay2015. Its says almost seven years and other says it 11years. Thanks for the kind answer.. Philippines 🙏🙏🙏

That means people who applied 11 years ago are just becoming current now. That said, historically the line gets longer over time, not shorter, so expect more than 11 years.

So i need more 7years 2026 its the year. So long.... 😢😢😢 And what if the petitioner past away which i dont like to happen, it possible that my sister which also in the usa to be replacement. It will continue the the petition or need to file for new one petition. Thanks

Yup, it is long. PH is severely oversubscribed so the wait is longer than other countries.

 

If the petitioner passes away before the I-130 is approved, the I-130 will be terminated (although they won't know until it goes through NVC or when somebody tells them).

If the petitioner passes away after the I-130 is approved, there are limited ways for reinstatement with a substitute (financial) sponsor.

Unfortunately these visa are subject to an annual quota limitation.   Right now,  more applicants than projected visas and it is currently projected to take that many years to work through the backlog
