I may be little more IT savvy than most, but that 'email' looks like you typed it in word.  

 

Others have said that it shouldn't be a problem, but I would put zero faith in what you posted as proof of anything... unless there is more than just 3 lines of blue text??

Do you not know that emails can look different, mr IT savvy?
