Completing the 3 year barred.

So I recently had an interview at the juarez consulate. I was given the blue slip stating that I am barred for 3 years. I have been in Mexico two years already. I can prove I been here that long already if I complete my three years do I just make another interview appointment or do I still need to take a 601 waiver even though I'll be completing the 3 year barred. Nine months till I complete the 3 years.

You can either wait out the bar or waive it. The waiver is likely to take longer at this point.

 

Once the bar is waived, you can interview again and be issued the visa if you are still eligible.
