Same sex couple. I pedro moved to illinois at the age of 7 on a tourist visa. Overstayed due to my parents decision. I graduated highschool was with out a job when I turned 18 due to no status. Applied for Daca in 2013 approved. Worked and renewed my permit became a certified nurse assistant. Met dylan on plenty of fish at the end of 2015 and started dating. 2016 lived together a few months. Had differences so moved out but then reconciliated were living in different cities due to work. My mom fell il in may 2017 I had not received notice of my Daca renewal after applying for it. I made the tough decision to move to mexico to care for my mom. Fiance and I applied for a k1 visa in June 2018 got i129f approved in December of 2018. Had first interview July 2019. Denied due to over stay after turning 18 till I turned 21 when I got Daca. Received blue sheet. Saying I was banned till 2022.
Received notice they made a mistake and I was barred for 10 yrs instead. Got new blue sheet Jan 2020. Worked w a paralegal all year due to covid for a 601 waiver. Sent 601 waiver early December waiting on receipt.
