Fiancee scheduled interview before receiving instructions from US DOS - problem?

My fiancee was able to create an account on the DOS Visa management website, pay the $265 fee and schedule an ASC and embassy interview appointment before receiving emailed instructions. Her petition status is also "ready."

 

Is it a problem because she did all of this before receiving the instructions email? Will she have to reschedule after receiving the instructions email? Thanks....

Oh she’ll get the interview.  

Approval is based on readiness.  Worst case is delay.
