Hi purem4g1c - Its for Employment Based Immigrant Visa (EB3).

Do you own 5 or more percent of the business entity that is sponsoring you?

Also its very weird that they would request an I-134 as it is used for an individual who is sponsoring another individual (ie USC sponsoring their foreign fiancee). Either you are mistaken about something or you need to provide more details about your case.

I am a Green Card holder and filing GC for my family. I am not a USC yet!I have attached the check list they provided along with the interview letter.

You need to be very clear with your situation and spell it out. I am assuming this is your sitatution, you can correct me if im wrong. You received your greencard through EB3 and are now sponsoring your family members (please be specific about who the family members are). In this case it would be either F2A or F2B visa's that you are applying for and have nothing to do with your EB3. That is why you need to provide evidence that you can financially support them
