Unfilled fields on i-130

I'm finalizing everything and I have a question about the info on the link here:  https://www.visajourney.com/content/assembly/  

 

Should I put N/A in every single unfilled field  or just the first field for each section?  For example, for previous wives (I have none) I put N/A in the first field but do I need to put it in every single field following (first name, last name, middle name, etc.)?  This seems excessive.

Use "N/A" logically, first field for a question is sufficient and leave the other parts of the question blank.  You could put "N/A" for every single field if you want to, no harm in that, but I did not and the I-130 was approved with no RFEs.  Just think about it from the point of view of the officer reviewing it and you'll be fine.  Don't overthink things, read the questions carefully and answer them all, if a question does not apply to your case put "N/A," review and go over everything two or three times to make sure all questions are answered and information is accurate.  Make sure you include all required documents, plus evidence of bona fide relationship, keep a photocopy of everything you send.  Sign the form.  Some people forget to sign.  Double check the payment and follow all the I-130 directions.  Good luck!!

My answer is in two parts:

• No, you would not have to put N/A in every single section should said section not apply to you, the first field would be sufficient.
• "N/A" is not appropriate response to previous wives question; that field is applicable to you so the proper response is "None"
