Paying Visa fee online

So today I finally got the case number. My question is can my fiance pay the K1 visa fee with his credit card from overseas or will I need to pay this myself at a NCB bank. He's asking if the transaction is an overseas transaction because it's not set up to make transaction out of his country. But I really don't know the answer to that question.

Yes, I used my credit card to make the visa payment online. I just got an email from my bank asking if I made the charge but it still went through without any problem

Thanks alot. When doing the affidavit of support how do u fill out this section of the form. See file attached

It usually depends on if he supports someone else like does he have children he supports or pays child support for. If he does and they live with the mom he would fill out their information and check partially dependent etc.
