Guys, I have a problem regarding the petition i already filed and already received by the USCIS. I wrote the wrong birth place country of my spouse. I noticed it when i received the notice of action. What should i do next? Will this prolong the process or will i encounter more problems during the process?

Probably not.   For the IR/CR-1 visa you will be completing the DS-260 enter the correct information there  (and any documents at NVC).     

 

If needed you can mention the :oops:  at the interview to have it corrected if necessary.

Assuming you put her correct address and country of Citizenship, there's no issue.  Just do it correctly at the NVC stage.  Did you get the wrong country for her parents too?
