Evidence of Bona fide Marriage

Hello,

 

UK-to-US marriage here. Was reading the wiki about the checklist for evidence of bona fide marriage and saw a lot about joint leases, joint auto insurance and joint bank accounts. I was wondering if anyone could help us find more ways other than this to prove our marriage as I can't get on any of that without a Social Security number. We send money regularly through paypal and the likes though.

International couples living in separate countries aren't expected to have joint property, joint bank accounts, etc.  The best evidence you can provide is that of time actually spent together, your marriage certificate, and continued communication.  Once you are both living in the US, you can gather legal documentation which is naturally generated during a bona fide marriage...such as joint bank accounts, insurance documents, health care proxy statements, wills, etc.......

Best you can do is submit a relationship timeline, evidence of time together, a few photos, and your legal docs
