Deadline to submit documents on CEAC

I've received an approval notice from USCIS for my parents' I-130 and a notice of immigrant visa case creation from National Visa Center (NVC). Now I need to upload the Affidavit of Support (AOS) as the petitioner and my parents need to upload civil documents (such as birth certificates, marriage certificate) as applicants on the CEAC website.

My question is, how long do we have to upload all the documents (e.g. 30 days, 60 days, 1 year)? Is there a deadline by which we must upload and submit all the required documents as well as pay the relevant fee on CEAC? My parents don't have a marriage certificate and it'll take some time for them to obtain one.
