USCIS tells me I received N-14 after N400, and I haven’t!

Has anyone had situation that you have to send a response to some request from USCIS, that you have never received?

I applied for N400 while my I-751 was pending. I had N400 interview in May 2019, passed it successfully and was told it would be approved when my I-751 is approved.

My I-751 got approved now in July. I wrote  a message from MyUSCIS account, to ask about my N400.

They told me my case is on hold because of Notice of Continuance (apparently, it is N-14). That I have to send them a response.

I haven’t got any form during my interview, except Naturalization Interview Result paper, and there is no form under Document tab on my account.

I don’t understand what I am supposed to do.

I think, you need to make an infopass appointment and if possible meets the IO officer in the local office who took your interview to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Meanwhile, send a registered letter to Interviewer at your local office with all the emails you received from USCIS to prove that you acted on it after receiving the email for USCIS

Thank you, as always, @dilip

I will try to call then and see what is going on.
