Hello, I'm working on filling out the ROC I175 and was wondering if somebody can tell me if I have to fill out the part about children. My husband has a daughter from prior marriage but she does not live with us. Should I still list her? Also we are living overseas due to military orders and it asks mailing adress and physical address our mailing is a APO box and we live somewhere else. Are we listing our physical german address?

answer the questions that are asked. end of story.

 

your mailing address is different than your physical address.

 

yes you have to fill out information about children. we have 4 kids between us, 3 are adults and on their own. all are listed on any form that ever asked for it.

 

answer the questions asked.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

List the child on the application.  Then check the "no"  box underneath where it asks whether the child lives with you or not.
