I still don't think you will actually get a card, but stranger things have occurred.  First class mail usually takes a day or two, so hopefully if it was produced and mailed, you will have it for USCIS to take back on the 15th.

Regardless, I would not worry about it, in a few days you will have a naturalization certificate and soon after a US passport.

Good Luck!

As I posted that my 2 year green card was taken during I-551 stamp and I have no GC with me and I am preparing to write a sworn  statement to submit during N-400 oath, so if for some strange  reasons ( or you can say having no coherent USCIS policy) I get 10 year GC by mail, my life will be easy during N-400 oath.

Another update, card was picked up by USPS (  USCIS tprovided the tracking number) and will deliver on 13th.  So card produced July 3, 2019.  Card mailed July 9, 2019, card picked up July 10, 2019 and if it is delivered on July 13th.  So total 10 days including weekends and one 4th of July Holiday.
