Thanks, it’s good to know we’re not an exception! In the meantime we contacted them and they said our case is being processed and that processing time is 90 days and currently even a bit more than that due to low staffing.

Oh, Thanks for the update! I'm impressed you got through to someone. I talked with one man who very quickly put me through to the voicemail 😂 but good to know why it's moving slowly, hopefully the rest of the process goes a bit faster!

My husband wrote an email to the USCIS Frankfurt address and the reply actually came quite fast.

Would you let me know when you hear anything back? Since you filed a bit earlier than us that would give us an idea when to expect to hear something.

(sorry for answering same thing on different topics, thought it might be helpful)

I am in the same exact situation - filed May 15 and never got anything more than the Fee receipt. The 90 days recently expired; we emailed them and they answered:

Thank you for your inquiry. The petition is still pending. Unfortunately, due to a change in office resources, our processing time for Form I-130 is over 90 days; currently, we are working on petitions filed on or before May 9, 2019. At this time, we anticipate you should receive a decision or notice of other action within 30 days from the date of this email. We appreciate your patience.

I also was worried about no NOA at all, but their email confirms that they got everything so that should be ok.

I found this information just now in other forums.

I have heard about the closing of offices but not  that it is going to be so soon.

Hopefully, we all get through the process before they don't process DCF in Frankfurt anymore.
