I 601 waivier for K1 is really be discriminated

my own experience .if you need I 601 waivier,married first,then apply CR1.I went back to consular after the waivier was approved .the consular was so scrutinized ,worse than thew firstinterview in 2017.Idon't think our lawyer is not so experienced,because he didn't convince US to marry and apply CR1

Makes no difference K1 or CR1, the main issue is the quality of the waiver and certainly that is a Lawyer speciality.
