Question 11 on N400 - Dual citizen, need clarifications

My sister is dual citizen, Canadian and Nepal.

While filling N400, what should be her answer? Both countries have allowed her to keep the respective Passports.

Question - 11 - Country of Citizenship or Nationality

Also, should she submit passports from both countries along with online application? Is there an option to upload passport copies?

Should she carry passport from both countries to interview?

The one she wants her green card in reference to. I think Nepal is better? Less people from there, quicker green card?

Hi,

AS i'm aware, Nepal does not allow dual citizenship, however to be a Canadian you do not need to give up your prior country citizenship. so i believe as the person gets another country citizenship, the person may not be a citizen of Nepal.

I might be wrong though..
