hi everyone!

 

i have everything finished, signed, in order and ready to submit. i’m just stuck on how to organize and actually send it. I have read many people using binders but the uscis website specifically says not too. right now i have my i129 packet binder clipped together and i have everything else behind it in order. Should i just put it all in order in the folder to send? help!!

I dont recall if it was just staples, but basically they don't want papers bound in a way that they have to mess with the stack to detach it for scanning or whatever they do with them.  We have always used paperclips and found a simple paper style accordion folder works great for keeping things organized. We used paperclips to fix the application forms, check and checklist / inventory of evidence to the front of the folder and the rest went inside.
