CFO STICKER

Hello I am a British Citizen my ex wife a Filipina but also a British Citizen at the time we divorced in the uk.

My now Filipina fiancee will apply for her UK Visa next year.

Although legally divorced in the UK my Philippines Cenomar will show that I am still married.

Will this prevent my fiancee from obtaining a cfo sticker to allow her to leave the Philippines?

Nope .. not an issue.   Make sure she has a copy of your divorce from your EX to bring to CFO

This is aimed toward the U.S. visa, but CFO is CFO .   Your fiancee would complete the GCP seminar.

Thank you Hank. You seem to be very confident about your reply.

I understand that this is a US visa site but as you say CF O is CFO

I will let you know how she gets on with the seminar. It's a while away yet, we are just making early preparations.

In your situation, your Fiancee has never been married (she has a CENOMAR and not a CEMAR), and you have a divorce decree ... that is dirt simple.     Doesn't matter that you married your EX in the Philippines.   No one will ask for a CENOMAR from YOU.

Thank you Hank and Payxibka for your replies.

My slight worry is that the CFO itself will check my CENOMAR and that might cause complications.

anyway thanks for your help, much appreciated.

Nope, CFO won't be interested in your CENOMAR.  Serious.
