beneficiary derivatives

Hi everyone, i was preparing all documents needed in filing petition for my mother, i was wondering if i could include my brother who is 18 years old in the petition? is he considered as beneficiary derivatives?

nope, there are no derivatives in parent's petitions, siblings are filed separately

 

your mom should file for your brother when she comes here, you should file as soon as possible

 

so she can in turn file for your brother and get the GC before he turns 21, it will be really close or maybe not good enough.
