Our case was sent to Frankfurt consulate on May 14. I received an email from NVC regarding this shipment. Using the DHL hack, I tracked three packages from NVC and saw that they arrived to Frankfurt on May 16. Following this, I shared my address change with Frankfurt on May 16, and I also I completed and submitted DS-160. On May 17 I paid the visa fee. Since then we are waiting for our P3, all documents are ready. From another subforum I know that there are other couples still waiting for P3 from Frankfurt, and also one couple who received the P3 already. All those cases arrived on May 16 according to their visajourney timelines.

When I check ceac.state.gov, I see that our status is READY, and the last update was done on May 28.

I sent Frankfurt an email and asked if they sent the P3 already. Today, they replied to me with the following email:

This email confused me a lot.. So I sent another email and asked whether they mean that our application is physically in the consulate, however, not processed yet, OR do they mean that our application was not among the other K1 applications that they received on May 16, 2019. I also asked what would they recommend me to do if my application is lost.

They sent me the following answer:

They are not replying to my calls, and they certainly don't help me with their emails. I don't know if our case is lost somewhere, or if this is a common consulate behavior before the P3 is sent.

Is there anyone else who experienced such a situation while waiting P3? Do you think our case is lost? If so, what should we do?
