why our passport/visa not release. if our status was ISSUED

 is this normal?

 anyone have same  experience like us..,?our passport/visa  not release almost 1 month. last updated april 30 2019.. but still now no email or call coming ftom.us embassy  . what will we do..? pls advice..thank u

What is your status on ceac.state.gov? Have you checked your spam folder? Have you contacted 2go? Have you contacted USEM?

our status was ISSUED last updated april 30..2019

yes we check fm 2 go  and some oher  site. " there is no status available from the passport submitted"

30th of April?! That is been while. Why not to contact the embassy? That would be the first thing I would do. They might have forgot to send it, mistakes happen.

What type of visa are you applying for, your timeline and profile are blank?

 

It has been a month since ISSUED.  I gave you multiple tracking (you track with the UID, MNL# or passport # .. 2GO is not consistent with what numbers they use)  options in your other posting.

 

Just the same, if you have been at ISSUED status for over a month without receiving your visa package then you need to contact the embassy.
