My fiance in Mexico applied for and paid her visa fee online. Her interview is scheduled for July. Does the I-134 need completed in July or can I do it now? Also does she need the original or a scanned copy? Does she take the I-134 and other docs with her to interview or do we upload them online somewhere with USCIS?

Try to go it as close as possible. Some will say scanned is fine. For me I mailed everything, wouldn't wanna risk a delay over something as simple as mailing some documents.

Another question I have is the bank statements or bank letter. I make well

above guidelines but don’t have much in savings. How much bearing does bank account balance play?

If you are above the income threshold,  go with that only
