hello fellow VJers,

We are getting our paperwork ready for filing N's N400 paperwork. We have a pending I-751 petition (removal of conditions for green card).

We filed out the forms online, and the requested evidence is short...…

1. Copy of Green card

2. Copy of marriage certificate

3. IRS filing for past 3 years

4. copies of previous divorce decrees

We sent a ton of evidence with the I-751 files. This seems too scanty for a USCIS petition. Would anyone be kind enough to let us know if we need to send anything else?

Thanks,

S

Just provide what they request, and I believe you have to bring the same evidence (plus recent updates for continuity) to the interview, which will likely be a combo.

So, gather it (the same stuff submitted with the i751, and continuing it from the time you submitted to the interview) in a nice big pile, so you have it ready to go when you get a notification for an interview.
