Amount of Time for MRV Payment Validation

My fiancée and I attempted to schedule our interview 4 hours (and many times since) after paying the fee at BPI and confirming our receipt number. Each time, we are unable to do so as it states the receipt number has not yet been validated. Does anyone know how long this is taking? The official visa site said we could schedule 4 hours following scheduling but it’s looking like it’s taking longer for some reason. Just thought I’d ask.

 

For the record, we paid at 11:00 AM 05/06 Philippine time/8:00 PM 05/05 PST. Thanks!

You have to wait at least a day for it to be validated.

Yeah looks like it. And sorry, I meant to say that the official instructions say you can schedule 4 hours after paying. Someone is obviously suffering from the trans-Pacific jetlag! 😄

12 - 24 hrs before it will show up in the system so that you can schedule the interview.    Payment never shows up in 4 hrs.  They were smoking something when then wrote that.

 

Is your case file at the embassy (CEAC status shows READY) ?
