i130 - listing children of beneficiary

Hello Everyone

 

My wife in the process of filling out the i-130 form to petition for her mom. On the form, there is a section where you have to list all the children of the beneficiary. My wife is the petitioner, so does she need to be listed in that section or no? I was thinking since she is the petitioner I don't have to, but just want to make sure.

Yes. Don’t overthink the questions. It asks for the children of the beneficiary to be listed. So list all of her children. Every single one. Don’t assume that this or that is not required. Answer each question exactly as it is asked.
